I love this place, the food is excellent! The only problem I have/had is there is not enough sitting room. Many of times I had to order my food then got set in my car to eat. There’s been many times I didn’t go there because I knew it would be too crowded!

There food is great, the service is friendly, the price it's right and the atmosphere is small town hospitality. The milk shakes are dimple but delicious. My hog burger (BBQ & burger) was great. The fries are crispy outside and soft inside.

This is not a BBQ place, it is *maybe* a burger joint. The "BBQ" is all of 2 menu items and neither has any flavor. The sauce is nowhere near BBQ either, it's more like a thick, vinegary, bland french dressing. The meat is supposedly pit BBQ but it has no flavor, I could do better with a crock pot. Just bland all around. The slaw is dry. Onion rings and fries were good, but I'm guessing all they did was dump some bagged stuff in the fryer. If you want BBQ, keep looking.

Came in at lunch. Place was packed. Deservingly so as my burger and fries was fresh and delicious. Special sauce for your fries is a must try

The brisket was incredibly dry (probably because it's so thinly sliced), but the portion size wasn't bad for the cost. The sauce they make is astounding. I'll give it another try because I like bbq, but I wouldn't call it "best bbq" by any means.

Had a barbecue and fries I didn’t like it at all. Friendly people but I thought the sauce was nasty and the fries were like cardboard.

I love their shaved BBQ and the unique flavor of the BBQ sauce. This is one of my comfort food places.

Very good! My grand son's first time eating there and says it is now his favorite restaurant.

Was not happy the waitress was rude slammed our drinks down when i was say thank you she would say nothing. This is the first time we had service like that. The food is always good. The only reason it gets 1 star is because you have to put something on there.

The is nothing better than a hog burger on a cold day. Bbq, hamburger, and a onion ring with burger fixings. They have some of the best dipping bbq there is.

I've been going to the Dixie my whole life, and as long as I can remember i've gotten a cheeseburger. I've tried the bbq, it's fine. But the cheeseburgers are my weakness. A cheeseburger basket with usually fries, sometimes onion rings and always dip the fries in bbq sauce. Everyone in my family loves this place, we go often!

The sauce was pretty weird and bland. The portion size was just okay, and the fries and onion rings were nothing special. Jonesboro is a cool town but I don’t think this is the spot to get food.

Love it. BBQ.. Burgers.. Onion rings.. Fried mushrooms.. And their chocolate shake are AMAZING. QUAINT old style restaurant amir if character. It feels like home
